Zimbabwe’s government restrictions made it difficult to portray the true severity of child abandonment and abuse, limiting the charity’s ability to garner international support and funding. Our innovative approach captured the essence of the issue without graphically depicting it, paving the way for increased fundraising opportunities. This animation now serves as a beacon of hope, igniting awareness and crucial support for Mind The Gap Africa’s mission.

Warmth and Care: Clothing Donation for Zimbabwean Kids

In the heart of a challenging year, V&C Foundation embarked on a heartwarming mission to bring comfort and joy to the lives of children in Zimbabwe. The economic hardships exacerbated by the pandemic left many of these young souls without even basic essentials like proper clothing.

With heartfelt determination, we curated individualized care packages for 26 children, tailoring each package to their unique measurements. This ensured a perfect fit and personalized touch for every child. Beyond the warmth of the clothing, each package included a handwritten note from a V&C Foundation team member, conveying care and compassion during a particularly tough holiday season.

These care packages not only provided children with much-needed clothing but also offered a sense of being cared for and valued, bringing smiles to their faces and warmth to their hearts.

We undertook the transformation of the church’s garden space into a welcoming environment for excluded youth, providing them with a safe and inspiring space for various activities.
